This office building was built between 2007 and 2009 and comprises a net floor space of 2,500 m2, spread over 6 floors. The name said it all for this project. The name “Pole Nord” does not mean the geographic North Pole, but the northern tip of the Avenue de la Liberté, which was built around 1904 and connected the main train station with the upper town. The southern tip was marked by the clock tower of the station building. Nonetheless, we have implemented the term architecturally by designing the facade as a pack ice surface from which "pack ice blocks" protrude from time to time. In addition, the glass facade was provided with a serigraph depicting icicles.
New meets old. In the middle of the future-oriented Bahnhofsviertel, the sophisticated office building, which meets the highest quality requirements with its light-flooded rooms, stands out clearly from the neighboring buildings. With its 3,600 m2 floor space spread over 5 floors, the property is used optimally. The facade of the building is reminiscent of the historically valuable facade of the rue Adolphe Fischer with its classic porch.

From 2005 to 2015, Claude KONRATH Building Concepts developed the “Beim Weiher” residential area in Steinsel on a 2.5 hectare area with a total of 110 residential units. 22 of these residential units are housed in the twin buildings IANA & IANUS, with the goddess Iana and the god Ianus standing for light and dark. This is reflected when looking at the facades and makes the two buildings appear very different at first glance, although in reality they have absolutely the same dimensions. The apartments are spacious and some have balconies of 90 m2 with a panoramic view. The interior design is very bright and modern. Certainly one of our showcase projects!
With this project, it was our wish to reinterpret well-tried and somewhat lavish forms of living using contemporary architectural language. The natural stone facades are reminiscent of splendid, palace-like buildings built in sandstone. The combination with very high quality, triple-glazed windows with aluminum frames give the building an extremely classy appearance. The same language is reflected inside the project. Care was taken to process massive, yet noble materials in order to surprise the visitor with a splendid appearance. In addition
